  No pressure. Had the car we were looking for. Fair price. Sales and finance people were curtious and professional. Overall a very good car buying experience.

  I would Highly recommend NOT buy a Jeep or take it for Service to this dealership.
  I’m 0 for 4 on getting basic services done, never given a rental car even though I paid for the “”extra 75,000 mile protection plan.
  Asked for a 5 tire rotation trip 1, didn’t happen, oil change 2 they actually did it. Oil change 3 nope.
  Oil change 4 they tell me the “manager” said they don’t do them anymore.
  At this point I’m at 30k miles so I asked about the chart on his table for “recommended” Service at 30k miles.
  He says to me and I quote “That’s for older mileage cars 2012 and 213 you know older Jeeps not yours”
  So apparently my Rubicon differential never needs service because it’s a 2016.
  I then ask about the rental car and extra benefits of the services. He says well you need to tell me you have this extra plan and want to use it.
  Of course I pick it up and don’t even get a car wash.
  It really sucks to pay that much for a fully loaded Rubicon and 75000 Service plan and can’t even get tires rotated or a car wash.

  I took my vehicle in on a Friday evening after work for a total service job for both my front and rear brakes and for an oil change on a Saturday. I had previously spoken with Izzy in Service over the phone who gave me a great coupon deal. Because he was not there, James Moore in the Service Department took my order and made everything run smoothly. He is very personable and was so patient, kind and knowledgeable about my car and answered my questions about what materials were used in the brakes. He even called me the following Monday to make sure I was pleased which I am. My car runs so much better now.
  
  This dealership really stepped up their game compared to a few years ago when I took my car here and had to post a different review. I would recommend this place.
