  The office management has just switched over again. And I am so very sad to say goodbye to Malissa & Sadie. They are so personable and friendly and CARE about the Trutle Ridge community and families that live there. They made it feel like "home". It IS our home. The new management in the onsite office are unfriendly and unprofessional. Turning what is a nice family friendly community into a joke,Lowering the quality. The Irvine company made a mistake here.

  Not a much of a "luxury" complex despite the advertising and high rent. I put in a maintenance request, was very clear that I didn't want someone in here without my presence, my dog would freak out, even made it for a Saturday to make sure I was here. They give you a window of time, won't tell you when they're actually coming. I stepped out to throw away trash, came back and some dude is in my bedroom with my dog running around him snapping and barking. Scared the hell out of me plus he had an attitude about it, and stood in the middle of my own home arguing with me, saying he was told office staff said he could walk right in. Office staff apologized but it was suspicious and a bit low brow for a "luxury" apartment. Don't trust them in my personal space especially around my dog.
  
  Irvine Company - please don't post a generic trite apology, there was some damage done here and you need to take concrete action.
