  My phone was knocked out of my hand over the holiday and the screen was shattered. I brought it in and I instantly was welcomed with a smile and a "hey how are you today". I was seen by a technician within a few minutes.
  The rep was very friendly, very quick, and very helpful. Told me that they didn't have the proper colored parts (my phone is a gold s7edge and they only had black parts in house). So I could either get a black front or send it in for all gold. Told them I didn't mind and so they took my phone and told me to come back 2 hours later.
  
  I went back, and the rep instantly remembered and assisted me. He grabbed my phone while the self proclaimed "nerd" that fixed my phone talked to me. Told me they decided to replace the entire external of the phone in black because it "looked better", and they even charged the battery for me. All with the same original quoted cost.
  
  Both men were extremely friendly and helpful and I'll certainly come back for any sprint questions or needs.
