  Order arrived 3 business days after ordering. Shipping was just $5 flat rate . Pulls I ordered are very nice, heavy, much less expensive than our contractor had budgeted. All in all very pleased .

  Great service...wonderful people with responsive attitude...will recommend highly...
  My only "beef" is in sale of drawer pulls where
  1) they are only sold with short screws...much too short for using with drawers
  2) the screws are metric, which are horribly expensive in the local hardware stores
  NONE of this is mentioned in the description of items, resulting in mass waste of time and hassle in trying to get the appropriate hardware AFTER the fact!
  But the company helped me get it all later ...where no one else did.
