  Mediocre compared to what they have done in the past. We have had much better service in the past with a fairer price. Today, the cleaners who came didn't bother to even pick up a random piece of straw I found on the carpet or a random piece of styrafoam, popcorn. We vacuumed before they came, but missed something on the floor. They usually scrub any stains, and they said it wasn't included in the service. Unacceptable. Yes, the carpet looks better for the time being, but this is not the level of service I expect. I tried to call the office, but no one ever returned my call. These two that they sent out seemed less experienced on not willing to do what was usually done in the past. It has to be a 4 or 5 star for me to return to use them again. Mediocre doesn't cut it.
