  Buying a mattress is a process that is as challenging as buying a car, or at least that is how we felt...and so we lived with an aging mattress till we just could not anymore!
  We went back to Ortho Mattress after the last purchase over a decade ago, this time, heading to the Irvine location, due to its great reviews on Yelp. We were met by the amazingly helpful and warm Mr. Woo Kim.
  Woo educated us to the improvements in the world of Mattress technology. We tried on the few that made sense to us and left to conduct more research online and in other stores.
  Well, we returned back to Ortho and to Woo, and finally bought the Aireloom set that worked best for us.
  Woo worked with us on an immediate delivery in time for Thanksgiving family visiting, recommended the correct bed frame as well as the correct frame post for our precious hardwood floors!
  Mattress came in on time, looked grand in the bedroom...Visiting family loved the comfort and feel of the new mattress and all is well!
  This review reflects my appreciation of working with a really nice person, Woo Kim. We loved shopping at Ortho because of the genuine personality and no pressure attitude.
