  I've tried many baked goods, the steamed buns, the boba tea - everything here at JJ's is absolutely the best of any other places I have ever tried here in Irvine - so so good, so clean and pure!

  Have been going here for years. Love this place. Nice that they always switch up the breads & pastries so there's always something new. Last week I saw a 'Football BTM.' Another bread that wasn't on their website menu. So cute!
