  After failing to show the first day, and promising to be there the second day I received a call 10 minutes before the close of my service window trying to reschedule. I have been treated with the bare minimum of courtesy and I would not call this company at all reliable when it comes to their service. I can't speak to their quality, as I am going to do business with people who will show up when they say they will.
