  Suzy a rude Starbucks employee greeted me and my co-workers this morning 3/22/17 with an annoyed tone. We ordered and pulled up to the window, I then asked Suzy to add some scones to the order which seemed to upset her. I presented my phone for her to scan and said I would like to use my free one. She rolled her eyes at me and rudely said it’s too late and by the way you still owe 3.90. I told her I feel like she was being rude and she told me I hope it make you feel better to say that to me with rude tone and aggressive body language. I told her her tone and the faces she was making at us was the problem, she then started to argue with me which became a blur because I was shocked at what was happening. I told her I was not going to continue this conversation with her and drove away. Literally everytime she is there she is in a bad mood.
