    Walter at Spectrum Collision Center is terrific. We brought our Audi in with some potential engine / head gasket damage, not knowing if we had a minor or a major repair job on our hands. He carefully and efficiently diagnosed the problem while walking us through it, and then sent us on our way with a recommendation of both a specialist repair shop and specific sequence of questions to ask to ensure that we wouldn't pay too much to anyone else. And he wouldn't take a dime from us for his careful diagnosis! We remain grateful for his honesty and obvious expertise, and his good humor. Thank you, Walter!
