  Atty. Khan decided not to take my case after paying him retainer because he mentioned he is busy on few other cases and don’t have the bandwidth anymore (as I took some time to complete my forms). He emailed me that he will happily return me the full retainer amount. I agreed and requested him to credit me full amount back to my bank account just to find after few weeks that he deducted quite a significant amount out of the total amount. I felt this to be unfair. For those reasons I wouldn’t be able to recommend him to anyone else.

  The best lawyer. Mr. Khan helped me immensely. He educated me about the possible outcomes of my situation,  and explained pros and cons of my different options keeping long term goals in mind. I felt comfortable discussing my case with him, and he addressed all my points with the other sides lawyers and got the results we wanted. He responded promptly by email and phone and resolved my case very efficiency with thorough followup. Excellent client/customer service. I definitely recommend him!! Look no further.
