  DO NOT use Bank of America. This bank let the theft took money out of my account at the BRANCH!!!!! It is my rent money and I'm about to be kicked out of my house. Worst experience of my life. Save yourself if you are planing to open an account here. Bank of America is NOT SAFE AL ALL.

  Worst service ever provided by this location they don't understand the meaning of customer service first off I was greeted by a person I couldn't understand. then some gentleman assisted and he was continuously talking down to me and speaking to me like I had no idea what I was speaking about. He has no business being in that office talking to anybody. another gentleman was trying to assist but he kept backing him away with his arm. this whole facility is horrible.
  
  Would Like to add called over 20 times so I didn't need to waste my time going to the center throughout the day and no one ever answered.
