  I had purchased some shoes for tennis (Gel Resolution 6) from a tennis shop in San Diego. I wasnt sure about the bright green laces and could not find anything like the ones that were on the shoes. So I called here to see if I could get some. They were very helpful and 3 days later I received a pair of black laces identical to the originals
  
  This is what would call excellent customer service!!
  
  By the way Asics, I love these shoes! I have been playing for more then 20 years and I believe these are the best shoes I have owned for tennis. I think you have a customer for life.
