  This is a horrible escrow company. They simply do not perform their duties as required causing extensive delay. They ignore requests from buyer's lenders. They do not cooperate with lenders and buyers to close timely. They serve as a shell only as the actual work is done by their offshore people in India who are equally incompetent. They are an offshoot of Altisource, an asset management company which does not try very hard to protect its clients' interests. The foreclosing banks are clueless as to what this company is doing. Many listed properties linger because buyer's agents shun them or have no access. Their bidding process is a scam. I hope one day someone or an attorney general will sue their pants off. It will be good ridden.
