  Barista refused to butter my bagel, yet they did it the last time no problem. I'm a busy man that needs to be places early in the morning, and don't have the luxury of time to sit for a couple minutes while I butter a bagel, while the baristas behind the counter have all the space and utensils needed to do it quickly. I don't think it's too much to ask to spread a little butter on a bagel. If Coffee Bean wants to stay relevant and not get overthrown by Starbucks, they may want to reconsider their approach of how they deal with their customers.
