  Stayed here for 1 month(weekly) and the front desk guy(Ryan) was rude,condescending and lazy. Since when did customer service become taboo in this part of OC? Probably when a 2 -star hotel thought they were a 5- star resort. Rooms were sub-par with outdated appliances, the awkward workout room next to the out in the open "fresh" produce and laundry facilities constantly smelled like feet. Terrible alternative for long term stay. Management is of no help and they sit behind a wall and gossip all day eating loud food.
